Gilmore Car Museum
Nearly 200 vintage cars are housed in restored historic barns and period buildings. I've had the opportunity to visit on more than one occasion. Although there was only one '51 Hudson as of my August 2008 visit, the working 1941 diner, accurate Shell station, and vehicles ranging from steam cars to Deusenburgs are a site not to be missed. This is located in Hickory Corners, Michigan. Click here for a visitors collection of pics.
The Walter P. Chrysler Museum at Chrysler LLc is located in Auburn Hills, Michigan (4 miles east of Pontiac on I-75). Vehicles, interactive displays, and exhibits are proudly display the company's history. They also have a 1909 Hudson Runabout, 1930 Hudson Rumble Seat Coupe, and 1953 Hudson Hornet Club Coupe on display.
Ypsilanti Heritage Museum
If you haven't had a chance to visit, I highly recommend it. The museum has some nice Hudsons, Kaiser-Frazers, a Tucker replica, memorabilia, and more. The curator is a wealth of information! The museum is located at 100 E. Cross Street in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Click here for a visitors collection of pics.
