2500 S. Michigan was the Peerless Branch Office in 1911 and may have been built for them. In 1916, Stutz was at neighboring 2450 S. Michigan. At least 1928 to 1933, 2500 S. Michigan was the Stutz Facotry Branch. At least by 1938, Butler was back in 2500.
