Ross-Neale Motor Sales was a Hudson dealership from 1941 to 1949. William C. Ross was one of the partners. After going through bankruptcy, the building's owner rented it out to a Crosley dealer. It was later rented out to Niagara Cutter.

3000 sq ft building still stands as of 2019.
